Trying out value and temperature contrasts for a view of Montséret that's still on my mind. Need to work on my texture for vegetation. It's probably already on the list of things I need to work on. And I know exactly why - I go into dab dab dab mode when I'm painting the vertical vegetation at the front - I need to remind myself that every stroke counts and actually apply that to my painting.
And also, I'm not capturing the golden light. More work to be done.
