After doing those thumbnails in my studio book, I suddenly felt the need to paint again. Starting with 4 thumbnails on a quarter sheet. Each of these is about postcard size. And I used the Daniel Smith watercolours that Shelley sent me - Monte Amiata Natural Sienna, Quin Burnt Scarlett and Moonglow.
I also used a photo I took in Beara as a starting point. But none of these look like the photo.
