Rolling Hills, South Island

New Zealand looks a lot like Ireland, except on a bigger scale. Lots of hills. Lots of sheep. The sea. And it has fjords. Well, actually we have one fjord in Ireland too, now that I think of it.
It's 12 years since we were on the South Island, travelling around in a campervan, driving from Kaikoura to Milford Sound, and then back up to Christchurch via Lake Wanaka and Lake Tekapo. A wonderful adventure. I took a lot of photos while we were driving. It was great to be sitting a little higher than in a car. And the scenery kept changing. So, I don't know exactly where this place was, somewhere south of Kaikoura Will we ever go back again? I hope so!
