I think I have come to the conclusion that I need more structure to be able to enjoy play with mark-making! I thought I would enjoy having no deadline and no theme, but it wasn't that much fun. I might do mark-making one day a week, and then the rest of the time, explore soft abstract watercolour landscapes.
