When things don't work out, it's time to go back to basics. So, I want this big sweeping gesture in watercolour. I have a few big brushes. So I needed to figure out what's the best one to use for the smooth curve I'm trying to achieve.
Winner is Royal and Langnickel LW25 - 3. Smooth on the curves, carries enough water, but not too much, and it has a lovely spring. I knew there was a good reason for keeping failed paintings on half sheet. Now that I have used the back for this test, I can get rid of them!
