These are the kind of notes I write in my studio book. On this page, I'm looking at 3 options for that painting that doesn't work. I take photos of my art all the time, work in progress or finished, so it's easy to print a little picture of it and glue it in the studio book for reference.
The more I look at my notes, the more option 2 seems like it fits the way I want to paint. But if I don't push towards option 1, I will never know if I can make it work. Just as well I'm not on a deadline!
