Another view, still from the Dingle peninsula, a little river going down towards the Interpretive Centre at Dunquin. I am trying to paint in slightly more muted colours. But I am struggling with values. Need to think about shapes and values more. There are some strong contrasts in the photo I took, but all I'm ending up with is pasty darks! And again, grass textures, particularly reeds, are continuing to baffle me. I will go back to my original thumbnails and take it from there.
