I think this is going to be the last of this series. I had to try it with more muted colours (a good bit of Naples Yellow helped!). This one is quarter sheet, painted on a lighter paper.
And I tried a few more postcard-sized ones, exploring different compositions, but didn't like any of them! Zigzag is my favourite composition device. In the two below, I tried a circle composition, but I need to study that some more to make it work!
