Sketching in Dundrum

A little interlude in my posts from the US. I'm glad I've prepared drafts for all my posts, with titles, and some notes of what I want to say. It's funny how quickly things fade from memory.

Sketching in water-soluble pencil, while it was drizzling on and off, while standing. I got very confused about the slope of the street. I'm blaming it on the jetlag! Deveney's is an off-licence in Dundrum village, just down the road. There's lots to sketch there, actually. I might make a project of it some day!

Caroline kindly invited us to her house for tea and cake afterwards. So much to sketch there! I was doing this while chatting away. It felt very social and lovely.
