It's time to move on. I'm at the point where I'm painting the same mistake over and over (although that can be quite therapeutic too!). That rock stands out for all the wrong reasons. Although in attempt #9, I really like the curve I managed to create. (And on the right-hand side, I was playing with a rigger brush while chatting to a friend on the phone!)
Attempt #8 - I like the transparency, but the rock was just too dark. I need to process all of this at the back of my mind for a while!
