You probably noticed from the food I ate in France - I gave up the wheat-free and dairy-free diet while on holidays - no ill-effects. So I think we can safely say I'm not allergic to wheat and dairy products. I've eaten a bit of bread since we came back, but I've stayed off the cheese and pasta and milk, and I'm quite happy as is. If I could find
Saint Albray cheese here, I would go for it, though, with lovely French bread!
