The Onion... The End

What a fitting end for my Onion! I'm cooking it right now, in a Pumpkin Coconut Bisque recipe from Aine McAteer's book Recipes to Nurture, my favourite (and only?) cookbook! I think it's great when fruit and vegetables fulfill their destiny!
