Last week's outing with
Dublin Sketchers was very exciting - we went to
Drimnagh Castle, a place that few of us had heard of, let alone been to. It's an amazing Norman castle, with a moat around it and a beautiful inner courtyard. We were all inspired. And the homemade soup and soda bread that was kindly provided at 4pm made the day even better.
Despite my best efforts, I struggled with measuring and fitting it all on the page. But it was fun. 楽しかった です
PS: you may be wondering why most of us chose to draw outdoors despite the cold? Well, it was even colder indoors, so that's the why!
