A Coen brothers' movie,
A Serious Man was weirder than their usual stuff. Good, though. I'm not sure I got all the Jewish humour, but I got some at least. It's the story of how an old curse can go a long way in ruining a man's life.Or maybe it has nothing to do with it? In the 1960s, Larry Gopnik's life starts to fall apart from the moment his wife asks him for a divorce, completely out of the blue, from his perspective, at least. Or did it all start when Dora killed a man, or was it an evil spirit, in the early years of the 20th century?
