For my sky, I applied a medium grey wash wet on wet, and used a tissue to pick up paint while it was still damp. Lovely fluffy clouds that make a dramatic sky.For the next version, I think I'll need to add some detail. It's a bit too abstract. I'm trying to find the right balance between getting lost in the detail and just sticking to the big shapes.
It might not be good enough to hang on a wall, but I'm enjoying playing with all these gorgeous colours.
