This one would have benefited from a few sharp white edges. I tried to reclaim them with a scrubber, but I had used a phthalo turquoise in the mix and that's a super-staining pigment. Plus I don't have a very sharp scrubber. It's on the wishlist for another day! Anyways, I might try it again, with some masking fluid. I know I swore never to use masking fluid again, but I think it might help me for those kinds of situations. Or maybe a little bit of gouache?
