Direct watercolour, at last

Done in my hotel room, after a day with my parents. Photos taken in their backgarden, except for the third one, which was from a shop window. It was a busy week, and I even had to change hotel in the middle of it. It was a pain, but the good thing that came out of it is that I have now found a really nice Ibis in town. It's much nicer, except that you have to walk through a part of town that wouldn't be great at night. But in the long days of summer, it was no problem.

 

This one I did after I got back home to Ireland. I need to rework it to separate the tree in the foreground from the rest.
