Is this an urban sketch? Maybe not if you only look at one of the sketches. But it's done on location, from direct observation, telling the story of my visit to the hairdressers, with, admittedly, minimum detail, but sufficient context, and if you look at the sequence, the story is quite clear, I think!
He gets started on my hair. I notice the tattoos on his arm.
It's like his hands are dancing around my head.
