The last attempt I had at this view from the Corbières ended up pasty, so I need to think again. Plus I'm too literal with my colours. I need to put away the photo and work from my heart. Or paint something closer to home and to the time of the year. I'm in a bit of a rut again. But that never stops me. It's just an opportunity for exploring different options.
