A different view of the water here. I'm no longer looking at the waterfall, but at the still water in the pond, with its soft dark and bright ripples.
I like how the colours blended in this one, where I'm using a different paper:
Here is my favourite so far. I'm now thinking if I could paint a bright turquoise or green wash, then apply this effect in a much darker, but transparent colour, I would achieve the soft ripple effect I'm looking for:
