How to make a mask even if you can't sew

Well, I don't have a sewing machine. I'm sorry I didn't buy one a few years ago when I saw it on offer in Lidl. I should have known it would come in handy some day!

But my good friend Shinobu shared this video with us, and I'm so impressed with how it worked out!
And I've even found a way to reduce the strain on the ears (Apparently my ears are super floppy!): if you have a winter cover for your garden table, it probably came with 4 cords that tighten at the table legs with a spring-loaded loop thing. All you have to do is loop the cord at the back of your head (throught the sock elastics) and tighten the loop thing. Mmm. I'll need to take an extra photo to show this!
