Cookie Dough ice cream

I've only discovered Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough ice cream recently, on a cinema outing with Susanne. Well, I think it's delicious, and addictive. I've always loved raw dough - I still remember the taste of my granny's waffle dough (I didn't particularly like waffles, but the dough, I could eat by the spoonful). And of course I love the taste of Aine McAteer's chocolate chip cookie dough too.
