Life Drawing - Anna Uchiyama

This goes back a couple of weeks. At the time, I really wasn't happy with how I had drawn this beautiful model, Anna Uchiyama, zooming all the way from Japan for a session with Life Drawing Barcelona. This particular life drawing group goes for very short poses, 1 minute, 2 minutes, and only a few 5 and 10 minutes. Fine if you're working in charcoal, but not ideal for my usual process. Still, I adapted, used pencil and watercolour, and now that I look back at them, I'm happy with a few of them. She had two beautiful kimonos, one was an old-pink (vieux rose) colour that blended with her skin tone - challenging!
