We're continuing our adventure, looking at old shopfronts around Dublin. This one is Goodwins on Capel Street, selling musical instruments. And closing after many many years. The shopfront itself wasn't too fancy, and I decided to use marker to make it grey rather than black, because I was really more interested in the windows above it. Such a beautiful façade. Apparently, the whole building has been bought and hopefully the window frames will get a lick of paint.
This is where I'd got to on location. It was like two separate sketches!
