The devil's in the detail

And sometimes, a Gelli print doesn't quite work out. Maybe too much paint on the plate. Maybe too little. Not enough contrast. Or a poor composition (although there is no excuse for that). But there is still something about them that makes you feel it wasn't all a waste of time. I don't know what I'll do with them. Maybe stack them up in a box. Maybe use them in a collage project. And take them out of the box every so often and marvel at the beautiful detail. Or I might even jazz them up in Picasa and make Zazzle cards out of them.
